We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Please do not send any product back without contacting us and receiving return approval first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at rudrashree382@gmail.com with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a suitable resolution such as a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, you may return the eligible product according to this policy. Once the return is approved and the applicable refund is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Return Shipping
Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping charges may apply. For products that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected.
We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected after the inspection.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that after we process the refund, your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.

Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at rudrashree382@gmail.com.
Orders that have already been processed, dispatched, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, the order may need to be handled according to our return policy after delivery.
